Overview

"Don't @ me bro" is an enamel pin that I designed and was meant as a tongue-in-cheek take on how disruptive notifications can be when working from home became a reality for many during the Covid pandemic.

Challenges

By far the biggest issue that came up was that my pin manufacturer made a mistake with the color of the phosphorescence. Unfortunately this was't made apparent until the pins arrived at my door.

I had to approach my backers with the bad news, apologized for the error and offered refunds but everyone was still excited even with the standard green glow color.

Results

From Seattle to backers across the world with the farthest pin going over 8,000 miles away to Singapore. Overall the campaign was a success and I learned a lot along the way.
